The photo of "Mairie or Hôtel de Ville" (town hall) of Tours in France.By all accounts, the Mairie or Hôtel de Ville is the historical building which is used for those people to transact business and for those people who would like to settle down or get married. The Town Hall of Tours was built between 1896 and 1904 by the architect Victor Laloux which is found at the right side of the street called Rue Nationale.The monumental building is disproportionately large compared to the Place Jean Jaurès and the Palais de Justice. It is intended to reflect the republican virtues and the municipal authority. The Town Hall and Place Jean Jaurès evoke a Parisian design. The said building is situated in Tours, France.
In general, Tours is a very safe
city in comparison to other French cities. But if you don't speak
French, you might get intimidated by homeless people asking you
something in French, most likely asking for a spare change or a
cigarette if they see you smoking.
The quartiers to the south east of
the city are best avoided at night, and there are many high-rise
low-rent apartment buildings, but any area in Tours is safe during the
daytime.
If you want to plan to visit Tours, for a one month study or
more, you can learn it even in a short period of time.
If you really
focus on learning the French language, of course, you can start speaking
the language with ease.
Learning it for the first time is so hard, but
later on you have the passion to keep on absorbing what the words are
about to be fed in mind or in store for you for a longer period of time
until you speak the language fluently.
Learning the language should be
equally taken from the “outside communication to inside communication”
(inside communication refers to school and outside communication refers
to people in general).
Try to visit, learn and see the difference. I am
not promoting the place where I live (Tours), but this is how I
experience at present while I am here in this beautiful and magnificent
city in France.

It's fantastic and amazing to experience the the ambiance of the place . I can really feel the entire tour in France. The place is convenient and affordable. The people are very entertaining according to my research about the place.
The "Mairie or hotel de ville" is one of the famous buildings in France. If I really have the chance to go to France, I would take the opportunity just to experience the language and their system of government.
