each teacher to do the tasks that are very important in connection with
effective teaching. In the nature of teaching according to Risk, teaching is

learning materials, activities, situations and experiences that enable the
learners to acquire knowledge, attitudes, values and skills; 2) teaching helps
students apply knowledge and skills in new situations that facilitate both
long-term retention and use; 3) teaching is a subtle and complex process that
involve five stages in reading communication: sensation, perception,
comprehension, application and integration; 4) it is a process of thinking,
evaluating after having been exchanged with good ideas, imagining further after
a thorough discussion, reasoning after knowing the veracity of the situation,
and problem-solving after absorbing the meat or the content of a subject matter
being delivered.
