This church was established by the Augustinians in 1878. The present church was established two years later, with light materials. Its stone convent was constructed from 1877 to 1886. . Wilton’s Strengths and Weaknesses: Coping with My Own Crises
My name is Wilton. That's it! I would like to share with you my personal experiences on how to cope with my own crises. There is nothing hard and impossible if you are sincerely determined to achieve your goal in life. For every sacrifice there is always a prize to come by and look forward to. Bear in mind that you should always be a person who is full of beans! You don't be pessimistic; otherwise, you will suffer gradually from the unproductive results of your labor. What the Latin maxim proliferates, and reverberates which I also instill in my mind from the very beginning of my existence…quoted as saying "Ignorantia juris non excusat or ignorantia legis neminem excusat" which means profoundly that ignorance of the law excuses no one. Coping with your own crises is like the can of worms that is considered a complex, troublesome situation arising when a decision or action produces considerable subsequent problems.
If you promote him to a manager of the firm when he is not suitable, this could open a can of worms with the other employees to get agitated with Brownie point. Nailing jelly to the wall is unreachable which describes a task that is very difficult or impossible to perform according to one's volition. All these scenarios are just the problems, even the sane human beings are performing of their own accord! Each scenario in life is just a normal thing to actuate high and low, but having finally to set or subscribe to a norm or nest of eggs is deemed necessary in order to resolve the problems by degrees.

As an imperfect individual we have our own weaknesses. These things will make us down and discouraged BUT we have also these things that marks us who and what we are. Things that uplifts our esteem, our Strengths. To cope with the personal crisis you are into just remember this " Problems will solve itself", do not be a worrywart. Face it,! live it! they are just a test of strengths. Me? I love my problems for it makes me feel CHALLENGED. :)

ReplyDeleteevery individual have a strength and weaknesses,there are times that we are so down, failures and trials are made so that we become more closer to GOD he want us to call him, ask for guidance and strength because sometimes when we are to happy we forget about him, we must don't forget to thank GOD for everything we had appreciate every little thing that he has given to us.
